CBM Limited Warranty
CBM products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Hardware on our horizontal, vertical, Cellaris™, roller and Montage™ products carries a limited lifetime warranty; motors and rechargeable batteries are covered for 5 years. Warranty service is arranged through the CBM dealer you bought from.

Need warranty service?
Contact the dealer you bought from. Dealers start a claim with the CBM Warranty Claim form, and CBM issues a return authorization before anything is shipped.
